NEALE SWINNERTON will be giving this talk.
Machine Learning involves developing systems to process (potentially very large) datasets, developing algorithms and models that can then be used to make predictions of future events. Neale Swinnerton will investigate which features of Clojure work well for machine learning and discuss some of the limitations and how to avoid them.
Neale Swinnerton has been developing professionally for more than 20 years. He thinks that complexity is the enemy and that we should all tackle it head on for the good of those that follow. He's tried this approach with varying success on systems for submarines, e-commerce sites and even some investment banks.
