Hello,
We’re inviting people to join us on a journey with the world famous BBC Natural History Unit and their next landmark series, ‘One Planet’. From the Producers of ‘Planet Earth’ and ‘Frozen Planet’, the series will feature spellbinding adventures introducing viewers to the rules of the game of life as it plays out across Earth's great wildlife arenas. We're really excited to partner with them for this Connected Studio and hope you will be too!
The Challenge:
Your challenge is to create an online experience that will complement the TV series. Using digital technologies to immerse audiences deeper into these natural arenas, we want to change the role of the audience from observer to ‘player’. This digitally powered experience should heighten our audience’s emotional connection to these ingenious animals. We want audiences to encounter them face to face, battle their dilemmas side by side and experience the diverse nature of their triumphs.
The briefing event will explain more about the challenge set and will give an opportunity to ask questions as well as meet some friendly folk.
Following the briefing you'll have the opportunity to submit a PQQ (Pre Qualification Questionaire) to enter the selection process for attending the Development Studio on 3-4 July 2014.
