Join us at the second Speaker Boutique of the year on 'Incentivising beyond carrot and stick' to hear three seasoned entrepreneurs share their stories around motivating teams, celebrating talent and driving higher performance. The topics covered will include how to empower a team to buy into a company's values, and how to incentivise a team beyond financial motivation.

Reginald Larry-Cole, Founder, Wheels4Sure
Reginald built his first business while studying, before losing it in the 2008 recessionwhen his main supplier collapsed. He has since built up another multi-million pound business, Wheels4Sure, which provides affordable car leases for people that need them.
Reginald will be discussing how he empowers his team to buy into the company’s mission and values as a way to incentivise and engage them.
Mark Royden, Managing Director, Global Forwarding
Mark has worked in the logistics business for over 35 and joined Global Forwarding, who provide worldwide sea, land and air freight service from offices in the North America, Europe and Asia, in 2006 as Managing Director.
Mark will be sharing his experiences of incentivising his staff including using holiday as a motivator, trusting staff and ‘self-policing’, and the impact of being transparent with all staff about company finances.

This is an informal event open only to business owners and senior directors to come and learn from our award winning, high growth Supper Club members. After our speakers have shared their stories, we open the floor for questions from you, which makes for a really interactive event!
