TechPitch 4.5 workshops
2Pears, have now seen over 800 start-ups graduate from their pitch training workshops with UKTI, with more pitching at their events TechPitch 4.5 and Music TechPitch 4.5. Many of those start-ups have gone on to big and bright things and have been featured on the #4pt5 blog.
What?
How to pitch your company in 3 minutes.
Pitch-training workshops that provide the crucial first step for startups looking for funding.
Cost?
Complimentary - each startup may send up to two attendees.
The half-day sessions cover:
- how to put a pitch presentation together and what to include
- guidance and feedback on delivery skills
- how to overcome nerves and body language
- how to maximise networking opportunities at the event
Who?
The pitch-training workshops are available to attend for startups, small and early stage businesses in the UK and European tech companies looking to set up business in UK.
Qualification criteria (all 4 need to apply to your company):
- A UK based business OR a European business looking to set up an office in the UK within the next 6 months
- Startup, early stage or small business with 0-5 years in business
- ICT sector or cross sector with a technology/digital/mobile element to the products/services
- Looking for investment (angel/seed/VC funding), business partners, and to expand the business internationally (if UK based), or to establish the business in the UK (if Europe based)
N.B. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration of any company that does not comply with the above qualification criteria.
When?
Next sessions: 14 July 2015
Timings: Morning session 9.30 am-1 pm / Afternoon session 2 pm-5.30 pm When registering, please select either the morning OR afternoon session. Please note that you cannot sign up to both sessions or multiple dates.
