Subject: Masking
From: Chris Toms

I did a mask using text on top of a black back ground and got it to
work, but I am having trouble creating a mask for a jagged line.

The jagged line is to represent the path the image is going to take,
in this instance it is a dot on a heart machine. I want a mask to be
in front of the passing gradient image.

Could someone please enlighten me on the masking technique.
