FLASH: halo

I'm new in this mailing list and I'm looking for the basis of flash.

My english is probably as good as your italian so sorry about that.

Question 1) 

As flash works great w/vectorial graphic sw, what is the best to produce

images to be imported in m.f. ?

Question 2)

Any good resource for .fla to download and learn tricks ?
