As an acknowedged expert on MIME and Flash, I can assure you that the
MIME is not set properly for Flash on your ISPs test page. The server is
supplying text/plain which is incorrect for Flash.
Please refer your ISP to my pages on checking and setting the MIME.

They seem to be running Apache software which may allow you to set the
MIME in your directory using .htaccess (see at bottom of the Apache
page).
