I get a blank page, but it is not because the MIME is not set, it is.

Look for an unneeded stop action.

Also, it seems you have set menu false using an FSCommand.
Using the five special standalone FSCommands can cause problems when use
a Flash file with a browser. Also, when you are having problems it
limits the help others can give you.
