the page you need to see is the result of opening the URL in
netscape and selecting VIEW > PAGE INFO. A secondary two framed page will
open. on the top part of the page, you will see all of the components that
make up the page.
they will look like hyperlinks. when you click on one, the bottom frame will
show you
the properties of the object. when you click on the .swf file the mime
should be set to

application/x-shockwave-flash

anything else is wrong

MIME is set CORRECT - will run smoothly

MIME is set WRONG - will crash browsers and OS on some machines.
(machines in the board room and on executive desktops will surely crash)
