Real user feedback would be that feedback that praises Macromedia. 

Artificial users have critical things to say. Thus, they cannot be 

trusted.


What I think he meant to say is that the Macromedia pressure machine will 

be leaning on MacFixIt to ammend their statements with something more 

positive about Macromedia. Accidents happen all the time, you know. ;)
