I am aware of that but the only way I can import a mp3 file in flash in the 

first place is to take it back to .wav.  Thanks everyone for helping me 

trough this.  I think I will have to go with an alternative and use a small 

looping file instead of a whole song.  The reason I put a mp3 trough flash in 

the first place was to compress it even smaller and be able to put it on a 

website.  A 3.4 meg mp3 file was reduced to 430 kb after exporting it trough 

flash.  This was what I was shooting for but I was hopeing for a little 

better quality than what I got.  And I also have another question.  Why does 

the file size stay the same no matter what the quality setting is? "Fast" 

"Medium" "Best" i got 430 kb for all 3 qualities.
