MP 3 sound is limited to a specific bit rate.
But if the sound for a particular bit is too complicated to describe the
compression routine will look to add that 'overage' detail later on in
future bits where the sound is less complicated.
Fast: allows the shortest distance that sound overages can be stored.
This is the setting you should use for normal web use since the complete
sound will be available sooner.
Medium: For CDs etc.
Best: for very fast connections or when all the sound is preloaded or
already in memory or on a hard drive. This allows sound overages to be
widely spaced from its original component for maximum utilization of all
the bits that can be sent at the set bitrate speed.
