Mp3 is compressed. Data has been dumped in order to compress the file.
Exporting to wav will not add any quality back in. mp3-wav-mp3 is
equiv. to recompressing an mp3. Similar concept to converting jpg to
psd to jpg (or indeo5-video-indeo5). For good quality music,
keep/create original in wav/aiff format, comress to mp3 only on final
export. If you _aren't_ concerned about fidelity, then (and only then)
mp3-wav-mp3 is a solution.
