As a commercial photographer, there is no way in hell as a 'professional' that I
would continue work on that project. This deal seems to have an 'odor' about it,
big time. When I compete or bid on photo shoots, never has any agency held
their names back to 'make it fair' - what's the point? If they were an agency
worth working for, it would only bring the cream of the crop out to do the
project. I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.
