FLASH: Flash 4 graphic problem

Dear all,

    Does anyone know why when I import the graphic in any format (jpg, gif, 

png, bmp), the image will be move to right bottom? but the image width and 

height view by the inspector is the same!! I have a graphic with a white 

border, and I see it in photoshop, it is ok. But after import it, the image 

is demaged!!! The white border on the left corner has double size, and the 

right end corner's border has been disappear!! even I use firework2 to save 

it, it is still worse!

    But I find a strange thing..when I use 200% to see the graphic, it looks 

nice!!!  Why??
