ehh? that's fairly common. i use it at www.morocco2001.com (on the HTML
site, after the intro)
i'm not sure about older browsers, but it works in 4+

actually, this is necessary, especially for older browsers. cellspacing=0
cellpadding=0 border=0 are vital for table layouts, unless you set it all in
a stylesheet.
