You do get it to line up which I am surprised, however, your background
scrolls in Netscape (4.73). Your background image disassembles when you
scroll down the list. I have opened many sites with similar
background/frame structures and they are all offset in Netscape. Look at
http://www.oneforall.de in Netscape and in IE. Its trashed in Netscape
(4.73).

I was a bit sloppy with my reply, sorry...
I felt like I was being patronizing when I said to check Padding which I was
assuming he set to zero...thats why I said it was somewhat a desperate
suggestion. Like checking in your pant's pocket a tenth time for your lost
keys. Also, I was ambiguious, I meant that embeded images don't go to the
edge not background images which do.

I'm curious about the difference between your site and the one above. Why
do yours line up?
