What was in the original contract between the company (now non-existent)
and the client -- did it include turning over source material? If so, I
would think you should give them the fla as it existed when the company
folded. If not, it's for the two of you (client and you) to decide what
to do about it -- you have no legal obligation to do so, but keeping
good client relations may make it worthwhile for you. What kind of
arrangement did you have with the client that kept you working on the
site after the company folded? Hard to give a definite answer without
knowing some of those details.
