First you have way too much white space in the original swf file, you
need to fix this first if you want the text to appear similar to that in
your HTML version. If you use 100% properly that white space will be
included so the text will be much smaller using your presnt swf file
than in your HTML page. If you use 100% then the actual Movie height and
width is inconsequencial only the aspect ratio will be maintained (if
you use showall as you should in this case).

The tiny pix is pobably because there is no Height but just redo your
Aftershock as a new page make sure it includes 100% Height and 100%
Width. Check it, then add your gifs to the page and recheck.
