i think if you put all your buttons into different layers with their respective hit areas your problem might be solved
try and see.
the easiest way to fix stuff is to delete symbols (reverse engineer) until the scene does what you want and then undo your changes until you find the mistake

I've never even made a movie clip yet so it can't be that.
Once I get past this weird rollover thing I'd like to though.
