Charlene,

I think I see what's going on with this one. Did you really mean to have
all the scene changes set to occur "on rollover", rather than "on release"
(after clicking)? That's not usually the way it's done, though I can see,
now, how this might be used to good effect. Unfortunately, in this case,
it's merely confusing (note how confused you've had all of us on the list
<G>).

So what's happening is that your movie is changing scenes, willy-nilly, as
the user simply passes the cursor over the page.

You might also want to consider not using frame numbers, but rather, using
distinct labels for the target frames in your scenes, like "ww1" for the
first frame in scene "ww".

I also noticed that you have an action in the end keyframe of each scene,
but the keyframe is on a layer with other elements. As a result, you've
created a whole other keyframe at the end of that layer, in each scene,
with exactly the same contents as the first keyframe of that layer. That
increases the size of your SWF and is not necessary, unless you're planning
something else that is not evident here. I would suggest you make a layer
specifically for actions, called "actions." I routinely also set up a layer
specifically for labels.

In those scenes where you are not applying actions to instances of buttons,
you can make the movie a little more responsive by setting that particular
instance to "graphic", and, if you want, choose which of the three button
keyframes to display (up, over, or down).

I also noticed that all but two of your buttons have no alternate images
(no keyframes even) for the over and down states. The "purp" one has all
four keyframes, and the down state has an alternate treatment of the text,
but the over state is the same as the up state. The down state is usually
only seen for a split second prior to release of the mouse button following
a click. Usually, the over state is provided an alternate image, as this is
more readily seen.

There may still be more to find, but I'm getting too sleepy to concentrate
on it now. |o
