FLASH: flash crash

Hi everybody

I am having trouble with swf file...I created an animation at the end of

animation there are four buttons which link to normal web site.....

I tested on my computer it works fine( I use NN   4.04 +NN 4.03 )

but it crashes on clients computer though they use the same browser

version...???

and text gets jaggedy while playing animation??
