FLASH: Method of Making a MC change frame in the Main Movie...

Can someone please tell me how I can have a button in a MC tell the Main

movie to change frames? For example, I have a cascading menu similar to the

Track as Menu sample in Flash that is a movie clip and has button rollovers.

The user clicks the button in the menu and it then changes the Main Movie

from example frame 1 to frame 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
