I know the team is looking at this. Perhaps you can send your printer,
computer, OS, RAM, configuration along with a description of the problem to
wish-flashmacromedia [dot] com.
This is not an address for interactive support (like this forum) so you
won't get a reply neccesarily from that venue, but it will help the product
team track the issue and hopefully resolve it. As JD points out, the wide
variety of configurations makes trouble shooting a challenge, but the more
info we get the better. For your info, we have distributed over 30 million
of the new printing player, and had hundreds of thousands of visitors to
the site so far, and I so far have seen maybe 5-10 problem reports. That
is not to diminish the problems you have had, but the good news is most
folks seem to be having a good experience.
