FLASH: Confidentiality agreements

Hi Flashers,


A month or so ago there was a really in-depth posting about designer's rights to .fla files and what agreements to make potential customers sign before showing them the goods.


I have lost my Flasher archive and would really appreciate it if anyone (including the author of that very insightful mail) could re-send it in my direction! I am in a situation where I might be losing a client, before the re-pitch has even begun, and want to make sure that they don't give all my ideas away to the much bigger company that might be getting the work instead, as I will still be pitching...
