when i first started making web pages (good old HTML+notepad) there was one
fine rule:
KEEP IT SIMPLE, KEEP IT SMART!
i still stick to this rule. now ... i really appreciate the stuff on
http://www.derbauer.de/ .... it's good and well done ... tecnically ... but
I HAVE A T1 CONNECTION AND IT TOOK IT 12 MINUTES TO LOAD!!!!
is that a price fora flashy "design" site. or is it just a way to say "HEY
MA! LOOK WHAT I CAN DO WITH MY NEW PENTIUM VII, FLASH 14, 4D STUDIO MEGAMAX
etc."
if you want to understand what i'm trying to say check out
www.archive-web.com ... it's really nice, simple, enought flashy and fun
site to spend those 12 minutes.
all the best ...
