Most people that get Wacoms usually end up using them to do everything,

drawing, surfing,etc.

You can however add a "y-mouse" that lets you use your tablet AND a mouse for

about 60 bucks.

The mouse isnt really a mouse at that point since its reading the Wacom driver,

but you'll

never know.
