watch when you import your graphic for a check-box marked "preserve
transparency" or "maintain alpha channel" or something to that effect. So
what yo need to do is in Photoshop make a channel of your parrot where
black is what will show, and white will be the transparent areas. That
should take care of it. I think yo uneed to have the image as a PICT, not a
JPEG to include an alpha channel though.
