Firstly, a big hello for all this e-mail list members.
I apologize for my writing mistakes, english isn't my first language.
Well, I've just started to work with Flash 3, all OK, but I want to ask if
Flash 3 works with transparencies. I know that yes (with layers).
But, what happens when you imported a graphic you have done, (in example
with Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel...)??
What I mean it's that, in example, I've a background of a jungle (for say
a random thing). And I
have a bird in a JPG with white background. When I import the bird on
Flash and paste it over the background, the result is a square white box
with a
bird inside (surrounded all with the jungle I mentioned before).
This question is the same that some people frecuently does when ask how to
do
transparencies onto a web page. And all folks answer them saying "Go to a
site and get Gifcon, or Gifbuilder....and then...."
If someone can give me a bit of light on this .... I guess is a stupid
question. But I visited some flash FAQ's and I don't see anything.
Thanx to all for your time/patient.
