As an additonal recommendation of Fireworks, I had a recent project
where the type and design (site wide) were set and the actual words
changed about twenty times. If I had had to redo them from freehand to
photoshop and then to my html pages, I would have shot my client (well
not really shot him. Maybe just yelled real loud and upped the fee) With
Fireworks, I just redid the text without changing my type styling,
reapplied the export settings and everything was already placed and
ready to go.
For that alone, Fireworks has earned its place in my toolbox. And this
way, I didn't harm an indecisive but generally decent client.
