FSCommand exec again

Hi all, I am trying to use the FSCommand EXEC and all of a sudden I am

having trouble.

I can for example use it to open NOTEPAD on my machine and I'm sure in

the past I have passed it the file (as a command line parameter) to open

but now I am having trouble.

Can someone please send the syntax for passing a filename.

I'm sure this is a stupid question and its been asnwered a hundred times

in the past and if so I apologise.
