flash 3 compatibility with browsers...

just a general question about flash.....


do microsoft internet explorer 4.0 and netscape navigator 4.0 come "flash 

compliant" right out of the installation, or is it neccessary to download 

the plugin seperately from macromedia? if the plugin is needed, is there 

a way to set up the autorun feature that is on the macromedia site where 

the plugin starts to download and install itself into the browser 

automatically while you are online...
