Flash 3 content whether created in Flash 3 or Flash 4 can be seen by

both Flash 3 and Flash 4 browsers.

Flash 3 movies created using the Flash 4 will generally be about the

same size as those created with Flash 3, but sometimes files will be

smaller because Flash 4 better optimizes the file better before export.
