FLASH: rotate shrinking bug addendum

further to the discussion of flash shrinking mc instances when it rotates

them with the set property action, the shrink-when-rotated bug also occurs

inside the flash editor when you use the rotate tool to rotate a movie clip

by dragging it.


***workaround for the authoring tool***

this bug does not occur when you use the numeric transform tools. those are:

1) the transform inspector

2) modify>>rotate right and modify>>rotate left

3) modify>>transform>>scale and rotate
