I've had success with the following tag at the top of my HTML page.

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1"> // prevent reloading of cached
movie
<TITLE>xxxxxxxxx</TITLE>

Good Luck!

Subject: FLASH: SWF file cached

I'm testing a new flash site and it's a pain because
IE is caching the SWF file, so I have to close,
re-open, etc. to flush the file and have it grab the
newest one with the changes.

Is there a way around this? I'm using ASP and I
thought that killing the page cache would help, but
evidently the SWF file is getting stored/cached as
well.

Any tips are appreciated. It's always nice to have
the "boss" simply hit refresh and see the latest
changes.
