Subject: FLASH: OT email to list turnaround time

I was just wondering how long it should take for a post to this list to
show up. I sent a reply this morning around 11:50. It's about 4:30 pm my
time and the reply hasn't shown up yet. I just re-sent it, but is it normal
to take such a long time?
