Hi all,

Just to racap.
Positive refresh of Flash can be only guaranteed if the cache is emptied
manually. Shift or Control Refresh will work on some browsers, most of
the time.

HTML Meta Refresh does not work for at least some versions of IE
browsers.

Server side refresh works for all browsers and can be set by file
extension or directory for Apache and by directory for Microsoft IIS.

Flash because it is a plugin is harder to refresh than html or txt
pages.
