FLASH: salary in SF

Yes they have offered the job to me and really it is now just the wait for the visa, which is becoming painful, is this true of visa's for flash designer in general that wait will be until October roughly or is your friend working in a different field of expertese?? Damn that is a long time away, Flash 5 will probably be out then and the company will want new skills!!!!!!!!

PS: How much should a flash design earn in SF ball park figure the salary website suggest a miniumum of 70K but how accurate is that and what lifstyle would that maintain???? I was a student sharing a flat once before and I do not fancy that again (great then not now) and I am sure my wife wants not to have to share a kitchen with other people.
