Subject: FLASH: Open.Window & Close.Window in frames - help please!

Hi everyone. Slightly off topic, but I am using flash embedded within html
frames, if it's worth anything :) Actually, i believe the javascripting can
be used within flash 4 as well...

My dilema is that I have a simple web page consisting of two frames, we'll
call them "navigation" and "contents". when the page is loaded (onLoad
command), i have a popup window that allows the user to choose a location
off of a map interface, we'll call this window "popup". Ok, so all I want to
do is when the user clicks on the map interface, they are sent back to
"contents" in the frame based page, and the "popup" window is closed. I've
been fooling around with close.window() etc. but to no avail. can any of you
shed some light on this problem?? thanks! -thomas
