That's not exactly correct Meshach,

There are indeed mac emulators that run on PCs.

I can't vouch for any of these because we develop on both Mac & Win
hardware. But this would appear to be an inexpensive way to go. Or
just spend a few hundred on a used iMac. The new iMacs are about to
start shipping so there ought to be some used 1st generation iMacs
showing up for sale cheap, and they're all G3s. Those are great
machines; we've even served with them and seen performance equaling
servers costing many times as much.
