Thanks for the links and the description. A more basic question may
clarify the explanation below, since I have an idea, but forget the
fundamental point:

What relationship is being described? degrees less than or greater than
90? degree of angle that is missing and needed to complete the triangle?
The degree of angle of O divided by the degree of angle of A, e.g. minus
the (angle of the hypotenuse + 90 deg) ?
