FLASH: Quickest way to learn Flash

I need the crash course version to learning Flash - does anyone have any

suggestions on how best to do this?  I had requested to go to UCON '99

but HR turned me down - now they need me to be creating advanced Flash

projects - yesterday!  Grrr  ...


Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
