First of all, good work, very clean and easy to navigate (and for the option

I wanted the content centered at all times. My first try was to use frames
that would resize dynamically keeping the center frame (at fixed size) in
the center. I'm going to try this with table shortly.

Anyone know if it's possible to have the text scroll in a table? (Or a
series of tables scroll within an enclosing table?) Or is it best/only
option to use frames?
