For my two cents, I had alot of reliablility problems with Flash on Mac.
Frequent crashes and such, currupted files, and just some weird behavior
from the program. Seems much more stable on PC.

Subject: FLASH: Mac or Win for flash development?

I am having a very hard time figuring out what to invest in. Trying to build
a small flash studio I want to keep my cost reasonable. I am getting more
into Flash scripting and want a machine strictly for Flash development.

What really messed me up is the book from Hillman Curtis on Flash
development. All of his screen shots are from a Win box. Currently I do all
my web stuff on a Win machine and graphics on a Mac. Which OS system will I
get the best performance in flash?

Any wise word?

Thanks
