Ok, if this is being embedded in an html file then instead of setting the
size in pixels set it to either 100% in H and W....which will make it
dynamically scale to fit any size.
or..
with some quick maths you are trying to scale the movie by 66% in the w and
66.75% in the h...so you could set the embed size to 66% then it will always
appear at your required size.
If it for a standalone exe then it sounds like a rebuild job:(
