Natalia,

Since Flash 4 doesn't have any capacity for Z-indexing/sorting, you'll need to
fake it. It's complex, but basically it uses duplicate movie clips loaded into
higher (and successively higher) levels. The level to load into will need to be
variable-ized to keep it increasing with each rollover/MC duplication. Since you
can't make each button "come to the top" you'll need to duplicate each one on
rollover and load it into a level higher than the others, get it?
