FLASH: flash movie controller?

I have Flash 4.0a

Does anybody have or know of a controller bar (play, stop, ff, rwd,

pause, slider bar) that I could plop on a bunch of instructional flash

movies? It would need to be something that does not need to be painfully

customized for each movie. I am not a programmer.

I find it hard to believe that I can't export our movies to include an

automatic controller bar (similar to what you see on embedded quicktime

or wmp). It SEEMS like a pretty basic need. Maybe I'm such a knob I'm

missing something obvious like a neccessary parameter, but I have

searched lists and MM and no dice.
