Larissa,
That type of controller is really not useful for most flash movies since
they're not necessarily just a linear progression. There are lots of
different timelines, all doing different things, triggered by different
actions/user input. AND, if it is a movie that uses such a simple linear
timeline, it's very very simple and easy to make that control bar in Flash.
That's why you don't see that option.
The answer, make one yourself...there are even some pre-made buttons that
come with Flash that you can use.
