FLASH: library list behavior?

In the library window the top part has a view of the selected item, 

which can be dragged off, and the lower part has a list of library 

items to select.


In the lower list, what is the correct behavior if an item is dragged 

up or down in the list? I would assume that the list can be 

re-arranged.


In two installations on the Mac, if an item is dragged up or down, 

the Mac hangs and Flash 4 has to be force-quit. Is this a bug, a 

known conflict, or unknown weirdness?
