Hi. In AOL -->Preferences --> WWW uncheck the default "Use Compressed Images
(Images load faster when on". AOL has a k limit, something like 3k in which
any image greater in k will be compressed (jpg'd) further by the aol app
itself before display. This is because their connection speeds suck.
The AOL browser is essentially a modified IE, and will share the IE cache
unless you specify another location. Move the cache for the AOL browser (or
IE)
This should take care of your problems.
